INVITATION FOR TENDER SUPPLY PROJECT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have the mandate of the Government of Ghana under the auspices of
INDEPENDENT PROJECT DEVELOPMENT BOARD(IPDB) to write and inquire about
your products for a possible government procurement contract supply
project here in Ghana for the supply of various Equipment's.

Please if your company wish to participate in this tender kindly send
us details of your product catalog and their specification let see if
it fall within the range of the product or equipment the board need

Note My company is registered by the aforementioned Agency to operate
as government contract negotiator and facilitator.

My commission in every successful contract awarded through my
recommendation is 2% of the total value.My commission is payable after
the contract has been consummated and the supplier receives full 100%
payment in their Account.

You be require to register your company as a Government
supplier/contractor with the  INDEPENDENT PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
BOARD(IPDB)
when you are submitting your Supply/bidding documents for approval
before award,This is in accordance with the public procurement Act
2013 of the republic of Ghana.
